Layaway Terms
Our layaway program is simple and flexible:
- 25% deposit required at the time of purchase
- Remaining balance must be paid within 90 days
- If you need more time, please contact us — we’re happy to work with you
Special Orders
Looking for something specific?
- We can special order firearms upon request
- Full payment (100%) is required upfront for all special orders
Firearm Storage Policy
Once your firearm or suppressor is ready for pickup:
- You have 7 business days to collect your item
- After 7 days, a $20/day storage fee will apply
- If storage fees exceed the value of the firearm, the item may be sold to recover costs
Cancelled Orders
- If you cancel after a NICS background check has been submitted:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied
Transfer Fees
- Standard Firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns): $25 per serial number
- Spend $100 in-store during pickup → transfer fee is waived
- Class III Items: $100 per serial number
Denied Background Checks
- If your background check is denied:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Shipping Services
We offer firearm shipping services:
- Firearms must be pre-packaged
- Cost = actual shipping price + $20 handling fee
Silencer Shop Fees
- Form 1 Setup Fee: $25
- Kiosk Usage Fee: $50 (waived if Class III item is purchased through us)
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
